Simplifying Podcasting by Prachi Parashar Panday

Podcasting is portrayed as having potentially useful traits in education – specifically; the strength of aural-based learning techniques and the accessibility of pod-csating for average students.

The podcast’s capacity for multiple disciplines is of course not surprising, though I must admit, I haven’t really come across them before in forms other than music and comedy/general chat.

Perhaps podcasts will come to be integrated with school networks and social media to such an extent that we will discontinue typing and publishing and merge altogether with a constantly updated version of a aural self (managed, of course, by self aware micro-robots whose primary concern is to supplement my intelligence and manage my ballooning ‘cloud’ presence.
